So, I live in Mid Missouri... We just got 9 inches of snow over night... I Just spent a really stupid amount of time shoveling my drive/ walkway... I am out of breath and sore and tired... BUT I am so excited cause I can't help believe that it somehow won't help my plight for a leaner bod and better endurance.
I also told my grandmother about the blog and our decision... We both cried. I am going to write her some questions and have her write out her experiences so if any one has anything they want to know email me and we will get it out there!
